Autobytel.com.au
The challenge presented to the IT&T team was to launch the Australian
arm of Autobytel.com, an online car buying website, into a competitive
marketplace already dominated by three key players. Capital undertook
a media education campaign supported by a national media launch to position
Autobytel.com.au as industry leader in the Australian market. Results
included national coverage across metropolitan, regional, Internet, business,
consumer and motoring publications. High traffic was driven to the site
over a period of a week with the first car being sold within 48 hours
of launch.
